New VP at
Specialty Risk

Specialty Risk Services (SRS), a national property-casualty third party administrator for workers’ compensation and liability claims, has appointed David Santschi as vice president of account management for the Northeast and Southeast Regions.

Santschi has more than 15 years of experience in the claims industry. He joined SRS in 1999 as a claim

specialist in the Midwest Region. He quickly progressed through the leadership ranks, first as a team leader and then as a workers’ compensation operations manager. Most recently, he was regional vice president where he managed SRS’ largest client, providing risk management consultation and highly customized and integrated claims program expertise. In his new role, he will further refine his highly-successful strategies and seek to enhance the level of client support across SRS’ Northeast and Southeast Regions. Prior to joining SRS, he worked for a large, national carrier and a self-administered global food services company.

The South Shore Independent Insurance Agents Association (SSIIAA) will offer an educational seminar on March 31 from 9 a.m. to noon or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Arbella Mutual Insurance in Quincy, Mass.
